On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, and in the attic there is an additional double bedroom with terrace access offering sea views. The house has air conditioning in all rooms (ducted on the main floors and split in the attic) for added comfort. The community pool measuring 5 x 15 m, shared with only two other houses, is just steps from the porch. There is also a private garage in the community underground parking with direct access to the house (2 m high door) and terraces with sea views. Creixell beach is just a 15-minute walk away, offering the perfect combination of tranquility and proximity to the sea.
