The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a guest toilet, and a large living-dining room with direct access to the garden and terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture and a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
