AT145 Pins: Flat located in one of the best areas of Torredembarra beach: ‘Els Pins’ (Los Pinos). It is a residential complex on the seafront with a beautiful communal area with 4 swimming pools, two large and two children's pools (open from June to September!), a pine forest (which is the name of the residential complex) that offers welcome shade in the summer months and a direct exit to the promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The flat has been renovated, has parquet floors and has three double bedrooms (one with double bed and two other bedrooms with single bed + trundle bed in each one), kitchen with utility room (including dishwasher), two bathrooms with shower and the dining room with exit to the terrace, which overlooks the communal area and has views to the pine trees and the sea. The accommodation is equipped with ducted air conditioning in all rooms. The rental price also includes a private covered parking space. There is wifi connection. Group bookings are not accepted for young people between 16 and 26 years old.
