Booking conditions<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n

The price for the stay includes the Transfer Tax (ITP), bed linen and towels available in the accommodation, water, electricity, gas consumption, and community fees. If the accommodation includes parking, it is also included in the price.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

On the day of arrival, we will request a VISA\/MasterCard number as a security deposit (an amount of \u20ac300 will be blocked as a guarantee). Upon departure, we will inspect the accommodation to ensure no damage has been caused and that it is returned in the same condition as found. The cardholder authorizes charges during the stay or after check-out in case of any breach of contractual obligations or reservation conditions, which they acknowledge having read and accepted upon booking. The corresponding blocked amount will be released between 8 and 14 days after check-out.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The minimum rental period in high season for most of our accommodations is 2 consecutive weeks. During the rest of the season, it is 1 week.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Reservations from groups composed exclusively or predominantly of young people aged between 16 and 25 years are not accepted without prior authorization from the Property. If such a reservation is accepted, the deposit will be a minimum of \u20ac50 per person, with a total minimum deposit of \u20ac600.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Pets are not allowed in many accommodations without prior authorization from the Property. Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund for the unused nights and an additional charge on the deposit. Each property owner decides whether to allow pets, and it is crucial to respect their decision.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The reservation amount does not include the tourist tax, which will be applied according to the regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya in effect at the time of check-in. Currently, this tax is \u20ac1.75 per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights, and is only applicable to guests over 16 years old. This means that the maximum amount each adult can pay for the entire stay is \u20ac12.25. In case of legal modifications, the applicable rate at the time of arrival will be applied.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

In case of cancellation by the tenant:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  • \r\n

    More than 90 days before check-in: 95% of the reservation amount* is refundable (losing 2% of the total rental amount), minus \u20ac40 for administrative fees.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n

    Between 30 and 90 days before check-in: 50% of the reservation amount* is refundable (losing 20% of the total rental amount), minus \u20ac40 for administrative fees.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  • \r\n

    Less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of the reservation amount* is non-refundable (losing 40% of the total rental amount).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    *For refund calculations, the reservation amount is always considered to be 40% of the total rental price, regardless of the payment method chosen by the reservation holder.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Substitution or cancellation by the Property:<\/strong> In cases of force majeure (water damage, fire, etc.) or if the Property decides to terminate the lease, L\u00cdTORE RENTAL HOMES, S.L. may replace the reserved accommodation with another of similar characteristics, subject to availability and agreement with the tenant. If no agreement is reached, L\u00cdTORE RENTAL HOMES, S.L. commits to refunding the proportional amount for the canceled nights (if cancellation occurs before check-in, the already paid reservation amount will be refunded).<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Tenants expressly consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Property of the rented estate and, if necessary, to service providers for the proper maintenance of the property. These data will be kept only as long as necessary or legitimate for the purpose for which they were collected.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    <\/div>\r\n

    CHECK-IN<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n

    In high season<\/em>, key collection is from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM on Saturdays (for apartments) or Fridays (for houses). In low season<\/em>, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. In low season, it is also possible to check in during the morning and\/or on other days of the week, upon request and subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Arrivals outside office hours are not accepted without prior express authorization from L\u00cdTORE RENTAL HOMES, S.L.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Upon arrival at our office, you must:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    • \r\n

      Sign the rental contract.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

    • \r\n

      Provide the ID or passport of all guests (if not provided beforehand electronically).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

    • \r\n

      Pay the remaining rental balance and tourist tax, (if not done previously) and provide a VISA\/MasterCard for the deposit block.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

      To avoid congestion at our office, only the reservation holder is required to be present.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      Upon arrival at the accommodation, you must check its condition. If any defects or anomalies are found, they must be reported as soon as possible to L\u00cdTORE RENTAL HOMES, S.L.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

      <\/div>\r\n

      STAY<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n
        \r\n
      • \r\n

        The maximum occupancy indicated in the rental contract must not be exceeded.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

      • \r\n

        Pets are not allowed without prior written authorization from the Property.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

      • \r\n

        Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

      • \r\n

        The Tenant agrees to comply with community rules.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

      • \r\n

        The total stay amount does NOT include additional or complementary services of the hotel industry.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

        L\u00cdTORE RENTAL HOMES, S.L. will do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. If any malfunction occurs in the accommodation\u2019s facilities and\/or appliances during the stay, L\u00cdTORE RENTAL HOMES, S.L. will act as quickly as possible upon receiving notice. The tenant expressly authorizes the lessor and\/or designated technical personnel to enter the property to carry out necessary repairs.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        The tenant accepts these conditions and expressly waives claims against the lessor for damages resulting from unforeseen malfunctions during the stay.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        The person listed as the tenant in the contract is responsible for the proper behavior of all occupants. If any of them behave inappropriately, the Property has the right to immediately terminate the contract without any right to compensation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        <\/div>\r\n

        CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\r\n

        At the end of the rental period, the tenant must return the keys without delay. An appointment with L\u00cdTORE RENTAL HOMES, S.L. must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. On the check-out day, between 09:00 and 10:30, the accommodation will be inspected.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

        Tenant obligations before check-out:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

          \r\n
        • \r\n

          Be ready to leave with all belongings removed from the accommodation.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

        • \r\n

          Sweep the floor and leave the kitchen clean, including returning utensils and appliances to their original place.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

        • \r\n

          Dispose of trash and remove any remaining food from the fridge or cupboards.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

        • \r\n

          Return furniture to its original place and leave it clean.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

        • \r\n

          Place sheets and towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

          Failure to comply with these obligations may result in additional charges or partial\/total loss of the deposit.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

          L\u00cdTORE RENTAL HOMES, S.L. is not responsible for disturbances caused by nearby construction, third-party failures, thefts, fires, floods, or power outages.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

          By booking, the client accepts all these conditions.
